Step by Step:
When you have inactive or active customers and you need to move equipment associated with that account to another account- follow these steps.
Step 1: Search for Customer
Step 2: Select Customer by Highlighting the customers name
Step 3: Double Click on the Customer. Or Right Click and Select Open
Step 4: Select Equipment from the Profile Column on the left side
Step 5: Click Option
Step 6: Select Copy from Another Customer
Step 7: Search for Customer
Step 8: Select the Customer you want to transfer equipment from
Step 9: Select the Equipment you want to transfer by clicking in the Box next to the equipment
Step 10: When you click on Preview you can see the equipment in the Customer Preview Window
