Log in credentials have been verified as correct by United Aqua Group, but still receiving a communication error:
Evosus User needs to call UAG's IT department and request that they reactivate the account.
*NOTE: some UAG accounts have been flagged within the account and it makes "reactivating" the account useless. If reactivation does not work and the account is flagged, UAG will have to start from scratch and completely rebuild your account and then retest in your own environment. If, and only then, you have a successful test you are done. If it's still not working you will need to go back to UAG to find out what's wrong with your account
