You can use MS Outlook to send emails, but when you attempt to send an email from inside Evosus you receive the following error message:
Error: 429 frmMailboxUpdate:cmdFindSMTP_Click:EvosusRetail ActiveX component can't create object
More than one email account is setup in Outlook.
When Outlook has been configured with more than one email account, there is a pop-up when you send an email asking you which one you want to send from. The Evosus software cannot work with multiple accounts.
- To resolve, Outlook must be uninstalled and reinstalled with just one mail account.
